HARMONIA Production is responsible for the processing of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of

January 6, 1978, as amended.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS

Your data is intended exclusively for the HARMONIA Production team. It is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email, payment) bound by contractual clauses compliant with the GDPR.

5. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

HARMONIA Production is headquartered in Cabo Verde. To date, Cabo Verde is not the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission under Article 45 of the GDPR. Consequently, any transfer of data to our servers or partners based in Cabo Verde is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914), in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR. For service providers based in the United States (notably Stripe for payments), transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For service providers based in Brazil, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. 6. OUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15): obtain a copy of your data

  • Right to rectification (Art. 16): correcting inaccurate data

  • Right to erasure (Art. 17): "right to be forgotten," subject to legal obligations.

  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)

  • Right to portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a structured format

  • Right to object (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest

  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect
